SILRES® BS 198

SILRES® BS 198 is a water based, solvent free pH adjuster for use in water based emulsion paints, water based ink, water based adhesive and water based pigment concentration.


Properties

Formulated paints containing SILRES® BS 198 show:

  • odorless, low VOC
  • improved mechanical resistance
  • excellent pH stability
  • improved water resistance
  • excellent storage stability

SILRES® BS 198 does not contain solvent. The production of odorless paints is possible.

Storage

The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
