Applications in the coatings industry involve a wide variety of raw materials. Seminar participants will learn what they need to know to further exploit the potential of polymer binders. Starting with their mode of action, the seminar will also cover current uses of polymer binders and conclude with formulation testing methods and applications.

Angelita Cristiane Saul
Angelita has over 17 years’ experience in coatings and adhesive technologies, working as analytical and R&D chemist. She started working for WACKER in 2014 as a technical manager for Polymer Dispersions and Special Resins in the Latin America region. Angelita holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from Universidade Luterana do Brasil (ULBRA) and a master’s degree in Chemistry from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), where she studied smart coatings and advanced techniques in anti-corrosion coatings. She is currently working on her MBA in Business Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
