SILFOAM® SE 2210

SILFOAM® SE 2210 is a 12% active, low viscosity silicone defoamer emulsion designed for controlling foam in aqueous systems.

 

SILFOAM® SE 2210 is based on Wacker's innovative silicone defoamer technology that makes it safe to be used in alkaline and high temperature applications.

 

SILFOAM® SE 2210 is highly effective in a wide range of industrial applications. It provides excellent foam knockdown as well as prevents foam reoccurrence longer than most conventional defoamers.

SILFOAM® SE 2210 is a versatile general-purpose defoamer designed for defoaming industrial processes and wastewater effluents. SILFOAM® SE 2210 is easily dispersible in water. It is usually applied straight to an aqueous foaming system but can be prediluted in water before the application as well.

 

Prior to use, SILFOAM® SE 2210 should be gently stirred with minimum shear to assure uniformity of the emulsion.

Storage

The "Best use before end date" of each batch is shown on the Certificate of Analysis. Storage beyond the date specified on the Certificate of Analysis does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
