GENIOSIL® N35 CN

GENIOSIL® N35 CN is one part, neutral-curing, new hybrid silicone sealant for general use. GENIOSIL® N35 CN could be used as anti-fungi adhesive in home decoration field.

GENIOSIL® N35 CN cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to give a permanent middle-flexible rubber.

GENIOSIL® N35 CN hybrid sealant exhibits excellent adhesion to most substrate. Can be widely used in elastic sealing field.

Properties

•  Low odor

•  Isocyanate-free

•  Ready gunnability at low (+5°C) and high (+40°C) temperatures

•  Flexible at low (-40°C) and high temperatures (+120°C)

•  Primerless adhesion to most materials

•  Non-corrosive and non-staining to substrate

•  Paintable

•  Can be polished and paintable

•  Mold retardant

Application

GENIOSIL® N35 CN hybrid sealant is ideal, general used sealant with rapid crosslink speed, especially suitable for home decoration field that need sanitary applications.

GENIOSIL® N35 CN hybrid sealant can be used for bonding and sealing of almostall surfaces and substrates. Can widely used in the adhesion to glass, metals, plastics, concrete, or mineral-based substrate.

The curing time can be extended at lower temperature, lower humidity or by low volume of air exchange.

Preparation

The substrate areas that will be in contact with the sealant must be clean, dry and free of all loose material, dust, dirt, rust, oil and other contaminants. Non-porous substrates should be cleaned with a solvent and a clean, lint-free, cotton cloth. Wipe dry immediately with another such cloth before the solvent evaporates from the surface.

Packaging

GENIOSIL® N35 CN is usually supplied in standard size cartridges that fit all standard caulking guns.

Storage

The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label.

Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
