Generally, PULPSIL® 925 R is diluted with water to a solid content of 1 to 10%. That means, between 20 and 1 parts of water are added to 1 part of PULPSIL® 925 R.

Even in diluted form, the emulsion is well stable with regard to shear stress. In addition, it exhibits excellent wetting and spreading properties. Thus, also in case of using low ready-to use concentrations there will be an even and smooth film.

PULPSIL® 925 R can be used as universal release agent in the pulp, paper and tissue manufacturing process. When applied to drier cylinders or dryer fabrics, it improves the release of the paper web. It reduces adhesion and deposition and helps to keep the equipment clean.

PULPSIL® 925 R bestows good anti-blocking properties on the paper web making it resistant to mechanical stress and letting it glide over the rollers very easily.

PULPSIL® 925 R can easily be incorporated into cold-stirred formulations.

If substantial foaming occurs during processing, we recommend our WACKER SILFOAM® antifoam agents.

The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable.
