SEMICOSIL® 9672 TC is a thermal conductive gap filler silicone material used as heat sink application for the electronic industrie.

SEMICOSIL® 9672 TC is a shear-thinning, non-slump, addition-curing, two part silicone gel that cures at room temperature to a soft gel with excellent thermal conductivity.

SEMICOSIL 9673 TC is preferentially using follower-plate and high pressure feeding technology. Presence of abrasive fillers requires the use of suitable equipment for feeding pumps and dispensing head. Material is non slump, however contains high density fillers.

SEMICOSIL® 9672 TC is available in 30kg Hobbocks and 280kg Drums.
Storage
SEMICOSIL® 9672 TC has a shelf life of at least 6 months when stored between 5 °C and 30 °C in the originally sealed container. The 'Best use before end' date of each batch appears on the product label.
Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
