SEMICOSIL® 9671 TC4 is a thermal conductive gap filler silicone material used as heat sink application for the electronic industrie.
Properties
SEMICOSIL® 9671 TC4 is a shear-thinning, easy dispensing, non-slump, addition-curing, two part silicone rubber that cures at room temperature to a crosslinked, soft rubber with excellent thermal conductivity.

SEMICOSIL® 9671 TC4 is available in Hobbocks and Drums.
Storage
SEMICOSIL® 9671 TC4 has a shelf life of at least 3 months when stored between 5°C and 30°C in the orginally sealed container. The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label.
Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
