Typical uses are for Kiss-roll application on continuous filament, Core Spun, and Cotton Wrapped Polyester and Nylon sewing threads. It provides excellent sewing performance in medium duty applications. ADVALON® TL 93 Z improves the overall performance of sewing threads.
ADVALON® TL 93 Z is applied to thread and nonwovens via rollers or padding at room temperature. ADVALON® TL 93 Z has a low viscosity for room temperature applications. At application levels of 3% to 7% On-Weight-Of-Goods it provides excellent sewing performance in heavy duty and high speed applications.
Storage
The "Best use before end date" of each batch is shown on the Certificate of Analysis. Storage beyond the date specified on the Certificate of Analysis does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
