CAVAMAX® Foam Topping Powder 1009 is a cyclodextrin containing, ready-to-use formulation to create creamy and tasty foam toppings in combination with various drink bases such as water, juice, tea, milk, plant based milk and others. Our solution enables you to create individual signature drinks for your menu with just one powder.

Data sheets
Add to cold drinks in a ratio of 1:10 depending on selected drink base and whip at high speed using a foam head.

Units of 20kg, bulk.
Units of 500g (box: 20x500g) 10kg, bulk.
Storage
Storage at room temperature in sealed containers under dry conditions is recommended. This product has shelf life of at least 18 months when stored in unbrocken original packaging in dry storage areas. The best use before date of each batch is shown on the product label.
