Citral is a well-known terpene with a powerful lemon note and a wide range of uses in fragrances.
CAVAMAX® W7 CITRAL Complex stabilises Citral against temperature, light, oxidation and evapouration. Complexation reduces volatility of Citral, and enables release of Citral via an equilibrium controlled process in water.

Storage at room temperature in sealed containers under dry conditions is recommended. CAVAMAX® W7 CITRAL Complex has a shelf life of twelve months from the date on the delivery note. Storage beyond the date specified does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
