Processing

• Preparation of the substrate - The condition of the substrate must be carefully checked to make it suitable for laying adhesive material Substrate must be well-cured, dried, flat and strong. The surface must be free of dust, crumbly portions, traces of oil, paint, etc.
• Adhesive application - Open the SSG and spread the contents on the substrate with a specific applicator. The application work must be finished within 30min at least to avoid surface curing at a normal temp. 
• Vinyl sheet adhesion - Before adhesion, the sheet and tile must be kept in a dried condition. Just make sure the level of humidity on the bonding materials. Press down firmly to make sure good contact without air pocket between sheet and tile (concrete)
• Cleaning and finish - T4000 may be removed from cleaning cloth while still not being cured with alcohols (EtOH, IPA) but after curing, only the physical remove should be needed

Precausion

• Apply over 5 to 40°C with 85% relative humidity
• Install the flooring materials within 30min
• Be cautions for children’s contact and avoid contacting the eye and skin
• Prevent from inhaling and apply in good ventilation area with gloves
• Limit to use only for flooring adhesive
• It is the responsibility of the user to test the compatibility of the product with the adjoining materials. Incompatible substances like coatings or organic plasticizers can lead to adhesion failure.  WACKER cannot make a general statement to the compatibility of all these varying materials with the product. In case of doubt the user shall conduct appropriate preliminary tests.
