GENIOSIL® STABILIZER F

Silane-Modified Polymers GENIOSIL®
Synergistic blend of 20 % UV absorber and 40 % HALS in vinyltrimethoxy silane GENIOSIL® XL 10. GENIOSIL® STABILIZER F is a liquid heat and light stabilizer system designed for filled waterproofing liquid membranes based on GENIOSIL® silane-modified polymers. The product can also be used to stabilize standard filled sealant/adhesive formulations based on GENIOSIL® silane-modified polymers.

Properties

Yellow, slightly turbid liquid.
GENIOSIL® STABILIZER F prevents the processing, light and weather induced degradation of products based on GENIOSIL® silane-modified polymers.

The use levels of GENIOSIL® STABILIZER F range between 0,5 % and 5 %, depending on the performance requirements of the final application: Waterproofing liquid membranes 1 % – 5 % Sealants/ Adhesives 0.5 % – 1.5 %

Storage

The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
