ELASTOSIL® LR 3154 A/B has a good adhesion to glass fiber and other textiles. It provides a glossy surface
This product can be used within a temperature range of - 55 °C to + 210 °C. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180 °C is recommended. Further information to improve the heat stability by use of specific ELASTOSIL® Color Pastes FL can be obtained from the Technical Information Sheet "ELASTOSIL® Color Pastes FL".

ELASTOSIL® LR 3154 A/B is processed by thorough mixing of component A and B in a ratio of 1 : 1
Pot life at 23°C: 3 days
Recommended curing temperature: 150°C - 250°C
The product may be diluted with solvents like Isopar E or other aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Adhesion of ELASTOSIL® LR 3154 A/B depends on substrate and can be impaired by nitrogen and sulphur compounds or other catalyst poisons. Preliminary testing should be carried out to determine optimum formulation and cure conditions.
Packaging
This product is available in 20 kg pail and 200 kg drum kits.
Storage
Once opened, containers should always be resealed after use to prevent the platinum catalyst from being poisoned by amines, sulphur or phosphorus compounds.
The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
