Thermal Protection

Where straightening irons or curling tongs are used, excellent heat protection is needed. Temperatures here can easily reach over 220 °C and damage the surface and core of the hair fibers.

BELSIL^® ADM 8301 and BELSIL^® ADM 6300 E film-forming emulsions, protect the hair during extreme styling procedures. They reduce heat damage and lend the hair better shapability, shine and softness. Both WACKER products offer excellent heat protection in liquid form for sprays, treatments, conditioners and balsams.

BELSIL^® P 1101, the innovative silicone-hybrid styling polymer also offers excellent heat protection, and as a solution in ethanol is outstanding for formulating balsams, mousses and sprays.
