Wacker Chemical Corporation showcases its extensive range of BELSIL® premium-grade silicones for personal care applications, including hair care, skin care, color cosmetics, and deodorants.
“We are thrilled to attend NYSCC Suppliers’ Day to showcase our industry solutions, emphasizing performance in personal care products,” said Lida Sichaca, WACKER USA marketing manager for the Silicones Consumer Care team. “NYSCC is a trend-setting event where we bring our A-game to meet current and prospective customers and leverage opportunities for growth, collaboration, and innovation.”
At NYSCC Suppliers’ Day 2025, WACKER will showcase ten innovative prototypes for skin care, hair care, and color cosmetics. Notable products include BELSIL® CDM 3526 VP, a soft, low-melting-point wax that delivers a lightweight, silky feel while enhancing spreadability and distributing oils and active ingredients. BELSIL® REG 1103 B is a water-compatible silicone resin elastomer gel that provides a smooth, velvety after-feel and can be formulated to achieve mousse-like textures. Additionally, WACKER will host a live hair demonstration at its booth to highlight BELSIL® P1101, an innovative hybrid polymer designed to create strong, well-defined curls with a soft, touchable finish.
