My Account is currently available in English, German, Korean, Spanish and Chinese.
If you forgot your password, you can request a new one.
Supported Browsers & Devices
To use My Account you can use Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari.
You can use My Account on desktops, notebooks, and mobile devices.
Security
Yes, My Account offers state of the art security by:
- Multi-factor authentication via e-mail, push message, telephone
- SSL encryption (https)
- regular security updates by the system provider
- regular security and penetration tests through our own IT
- authorization concept for controlled data access
Through our authorization and role concept, your company data is only accessible for you and your colleagues who have access to My Account.

Not yet. We are constantly working on new features for My Account. We are going to explore possibilities around direct supplier connections in the future.
