What is the “My CSR” button?
Via the My CSR button you can access your CSR's contact details.
If you have a question or feedback related to My Account, please click "Feedback/Help". Your feedback is very much appreciated.
What happens when a user contacts a CSR through My Account?
After a request is sent, it will be routed to the local CSR team. The responsible colleagues will take care of your message and get back to you.
Some data is not displayed correctly. What can I do?
Please contact us via the “My CSR” button and use the help form.
