How can I change my username / email address?
You can change your name in the personal settings area. To change your email address, we ask you to get in touch with us.
How can I change my password?
To change your password, go to “personal settings” and proceed to “change password”. Please consider the WACKER password regulation.
Where can I change the multi-factor authentication method in My Account?
You can change the multi-factor authentication directly in your account settings in My Account.
How can I switch languages?
Please click on the country / language selector in the meta-navigation. Here you can switch between the supported languages.
My colleague wants access to My Account as well. How can we request this?
To request access for other colleagues, please send a request through the “Help/Feedback” button including the name and email address of your colleague.
Why can I see less information than my colleagues?
The information you see depends on the assigned role.
Can I customize the appearance of My Account?
