FAQ - My Products
Which products are displayed in the My Products area?
It contains all products purchased within the last 24 months from WACKER. Moreover, all products which have a negotiated price will be displayed. Thereby it may serve as an interactive product catalogue.
How do I add materials to my shopping cart?
Start by going to the My Products page where you can access our product catalog. To place an order, first choose the shipping address, where your order should be delivered.
After choosing a requested variant of your desired product you can add it to your shopping cart.
Please note that you can only add products belonging to the same WACKER business division of the first product in your shopping cart.
Why can’t I see prices in My Account?
The prices are available on My Products page for users with Strategic & Operative Purchaser roles.
How to get the access to see the prices on My Products page?
If you need the prices for your daily job, please aks your responsible CSR, so he/she can assign you the relevant role.
Are the prices in My Products page up to date?
The prices are displayed in near real-time, with the direct integration to WACKER-Systems. When the prices are updated e.g. due to the quotation, it is shown immediately on the My Products page.
Do you show discounts or surcharges in My Account?
Once you have selected a shipping address, you will find the final price, including surcharges & discounts in the My Products page. If scale prices have been negotiated, they will be displayed separately.
