WACKER® JSD 50 BR

WACKER® JSD 50 BR is a concentrated defoaming emulsion with approximately 50% solids.

WACKER® JSD 50 BR is a highly efficient defoamer, developed with silica-based technology and a high molecular weight polysiloxane molecule.

WACKER® JSD 50 BR is a concentrated formulation for greater flexibility and economy of use.

WACKER® JSD 50 BR has excellent performance even in extreme temperature and high pH conditions, guaranteeing its effectiveness in a wide range of industrial applications.
WACKER® JSD 50 BR is specially formulated to combat foaming and is an indispensable aid in many chemical processes.
In the textile market, WACKER® JSD 50 BR is highly recommended for applications such as: foam control in purging and bleaching baths, processes carried out in equipment such as jets and boats, formulations for textile finishes.

 

WACKER® JSD 50 BR can be diluted to meet the specific needs of your application. To guarantee the stability of the formula and maintain the viscosity at approximately 1000 cP, the use of a suitable thickener is recommended.

 

In addition, it is essential to replace the biocide in the diluted formula to avoid possible microbiological contamination and guarantee the integrity of the product over time.
