Properties
ADVALON® 9204/100 BR offers significant results in the final finishing of sewing threads, improving their shedding properties and increasing their resistance to heat.
ADVALON® 9204/100 BR increases sewability while reducing the amount of thread breakage and increasing its gloss.

In general, an application of 2 to 5% b y weight of ADVALON® 9204/100 BR is sufficient to obtain optimum effects, however, these dosages should be adjusted according to the type of yarn and machine used. Recommended solvents for diluting ADVALON® 9204/100 BR are ethers, esters, aliphatic hydrocarbons and higher alcohols.

Storage
ADVALON® 9204/100 BR should be stored in a closed container in a cool, ventilated place.
ADVALON® 9204/100 BR has a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in its original, properly sealed packaging at 25°C.
If the material exceeds the recommended service life, it should not necessarily be discarded for use, but quality control tests of the characteristics relevant to the application should be carried out. The expiration date is on the label of each package. If a product in stock expires due to quality issues, it must be re-analyzed to check that all the properties required of the product still meet the specifications.
