Drainage concrete modified with ETONIS^® 260 is spread between and beside tracks and thus provides rescue vehicles and fire trucks with fast access to rail-road tunnels. Freshly mixed drainage concrete in laboratory trials: the open-pored structure and pores can be clearly seen. Thanks to the new ETONIS^® 260 polymer, the non-slump fresh concrete does not flow or disintegrate at the edges – this is a vital prerequisite for level track surfaces.

Another product highlight at in-cosmetics Paris is the silicone resin elastomer gel BELSIL^® REG 1102, which combines the skin sensory properties of non-crosslinked silicone polymers with the film-forming effects of silicone resins.

Lab test of a dispersion: Depending on the formulation, VINNAPAS^® LL 3112 allows highly fire-resistant coatings with fire resistance class F120 to be achieved, which means heat protection for up to two hours.

In case of a fire, intumescent coatings foam to tens to hundreds of times its original thickness and act as a heat barrier.
