White Goods

ELASTOSIL^® one-component and two-component silicone elastomers are used for numerous applications in household appliances. Specialty grades retain their elasticity at 250 °C even in the long-term and tolerate peak temperatures of up to 300 °C. Ecologically and physiologically safe, they are suitable for all food-contact applications.

ELASTOSIL^® silicone elastomers are ideal for bonding dissimilar materials such as plastics, metal and glass without the need for a primer. In addition, the silicone rubber is permanently resistant to aqueous solutions, diluted acids and bases, and solvents.
