SustainaBalance® – Our sustainability goals until 2030

With SustainaBalance®, WACKER has set out a sustainability strategy with goals until 2030. Underscored by our three guidelines: Value Up, Footprint Down and Collaboration Beyond, these goals demonstrate how important finding a balance between ecological, social and economic factors is to us.

  1. Value Up: More sustainable products
    By empowering our teams, we enable our customers to provide more sustainable solutions.
  2. Footprint Down: Lower direct (process) emissions
    We create efficient and safe processes, use resources responsibly, eliminate waste and minimize our footprint.
  3. Collaboration Beyond: Higher electrification rate and a more sustainable supply chain
    As an active member of society, we collaborate with all our partners to create a more sustainable supply chain.

We have reinforced our strategy with an action plan until 2030. You will find the first goals on our revamped website. The figures listed there support our vision: With sustainable products towards carbon neutrality in 2050.
