CAVAMAX® W6
CAVAMAX® W6 is standard grade alpha-cyclodextrin from Wacker Chemie AG. With 6 glucose units CAVAMAX® W6 has the smallest cavity of the parent cyclodextrins. It is useful for solubilizing, or delivering small molecules and has stabilizing characteristics. Synonyms: alpha-cyclodextrin, cyclohexaamylose, cyclomaltohexaose.

Storage at room temperature in sealed containers under dry conditions is recommended. CAVAMAX® W6 technical has shelf life of at least 36 month when stored in unbroken original packaging in dry storage areas. The best use before date of each batch is shown on the product label.
Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
