Processing 

• Preparation - The substrate areas that will be in contact with the sealant must be clean. For application
• Back-up material - Back-up material has to be a little bigger than joint size with PU foam or foaming PP or PE materials cutting side has to be forward down bottom when back-up material needs to be cut.
• Masking - To avoid contamination and damage attach a masking tape on the side of work area.
• Primer - Non-pored substance needs primer treatment at first.
• Sealant mixing - Mixing two part with hand mixer as below rate polyol part(10kg): curing part(2kg) = 5 : 1 at least 5minuites is recommended in summer 8~10 minutes is recommended in winter
• Be careful of making bubble when mixing
• Sealing & Tooling - Fully fill in cross point or side edge point of the joint without empty space without bubbles. Tooling must be done before curing of on the surface is finished. spread sealant with proper spatula.
• Removing masking tape - Get rid of masking tape and clean up remained sealant.
• Curing - Protect from dust and pollutant to have qualified surface and avoid being damaged on the surface of sealant while curing

Restrictions on use

• Do not use where water is always in contact with such as a fishbowl and pool
• Do not mix additional water when be applied water-based paint.
• Not enough mixing, incorrect rate of both agents, Diluting with Alcohol solvent can make trouble in curing
