WACKER® E2015
WACKER® E2015 is a 60% silicone emulsion that has been designed for use in polish applications for vinyl and rubber surfaces. WACKER® E2015 can be easily formulated into a vinyl protectant or tire dressing formulation by the simple addition of water and preservative as needed. WACKER® E2015 will form a durable, shiny, water repellent film that is resistant to water and detergent washings. Silicone Emulsion WACKER® E2015 has been especially designed to exhibit good shine durability under wet weather conditions and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

- Good foam knockdown properties resulting in less foam problems during manufacturing and filling operations
WACKER® E2015 should not be used in conjunction with sodium nitrite or combined with other materials that are known to contain nitrite. Avoid the use of high shear pumps when transferring this material. High shear mixing should be avoided in formulations which are simple dilutions of WACKER® E2015 with water. In addition, a suitable preservative should be incorporated into all waterbased formulations to help retard the growth of bacteria.
储存
This material should be kept closed and free from contamination. When stored under normal warehouse conditions, this fluid is expected to be stable for at least six (6) months in unopened containers. The "Best use before end date" of each batch is shown on the Certificate of Analysis. Storage beyond the date specified on the Certificate of Analysis does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
