POWERSIL® 310 US Silicone Rubber Compound is designed specifically for use in high voltage applications. Suspension and line post insulators and surge arrestors molded from POWERSIL® 310 US possess excellent resistance to arcing and tracking, increasing the reliability and reducing power interruptions.
POWERSIL® 310 US can be processed by compression, transfer or injection molding techniques. If the application requires bonding POWERSIL® 310 US to a substrate, Wacker's Silicone Rubber Primer G 418 is recommended.
