ETONIS® 1500 S
ETONIS® 1400 S is a polymer dispersion for soil stabilization.
When ETONIS® 1400 S is applied to the soil, the product form bonds between the soil or aggregate particles and the hydrated cement particles. ETONIS® 1400 S is responsible for long molecular structural links and cross-linking, forming a flexible solid-mass that is durable and water resistant.
Application rates in combination with lowcement content can generate qualities similar to a flexible concrete, useful for soil solidification and stabilization and comparably found in road construction.
Protect against frost.
For soil stabilization, ETONIS® 1400 S can be added to the water used to regulate the optimum moisture content. (mixing ratio: 4-parts cement, 1-part ETONIS® 1400 S). Cement, water and ETONIS® 1400 S dosage is depending on the soil characteristics
If the product is used in applications other than those mentioned, the choice, processing and use of the product is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All legal and other regulations must be complied with.

When the dispersion is stored in tanks, proper storage conditions must be maintained. ETONIS® 1400 S has a shelf life of 6 months starting from the date of receipt if stored under cool (below25 °C) but frost-free conditions in the original, unopened containers. Iron or galvanized iron containers and equipment are not recommended, because the dispersion is slightly acidic. Corrosion could result in discoloration of the dispersion or blends made from it in further processing. We therefore recommend the use of containers and equipment made of ceramic, rubberized or enameled materials, appropriately finished stainless steel, or plastic (riged PVC, polyethylene or polyester resin).
As polymer dispersions may tent to superficial film formation, skins or lumps may form during storage or transportation. Filtration is therefore recommended prior to utilization of the product.
