Silane CP2 Dimethoxy
Silane CP2 Dimethoxy is a colourless, clear liquid with a weak characteristic odor. It is soluble in organic solvents; but not soluble in water. Silane CP2 Dimethoxy is used as an external donor silane in Ziegler-Natta catalysis to polymerize propene to polypropylene.
Silane CP2 Dimethoxy is also known as Donor D in the chemical literature.

Silane CP2 Dimethoxy offers the following performance advantages:

The method of use is so dependent upon the manufacturer's own catalyst system that no specific suggestions can be made.
Silane CP2 Dimethoxy is used as component of a Ziegler-Natta olefin polymerization catalyst system.
