ELASTOSIL® AUX FL NON-HEALING
ELASTOSIL® AUX FL NON-HEALING is a ready-to-use masterbatch comprising specific additives and reactive silicone polymers which are commonly used in ELASTOSIL® liquid silicone rubber. This ensures a homogeneous covulcanization without migration as it may be observed for systems based on silicone oil.
ELASTOSIL® AUX FL NON-HEALING can be used to reduce self-healing and other sticking phenomena.
ELASTOSIL® AUX FL NON-HEALING can be used to prevent self-healing issues and other sticking phenomena. It is ready-to-use after brief stirring before use.

ELASTOSIL® AUX FL NON-HEALING is suitable for use as an additive for the manufacture of silicone food contact materials and articles in compliance with BfR XV and FDA 21 CFR §177.2600 under observance of any given limitations on extractable and volatile substances. A statement regarding biocompatibility is available on request.
Dosing of 1-4 % of ELASTOSIL® AUX FL NON HEALING via the color line of the dosing unit is recommended. It must be thoroughly stirred before use. This is also necessary if there has been a long interruption in production.
This product is available in 20 kg pail and 1kg tin.
The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label.
Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable.
In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
