POWERSIL® 310 US Silicone Rubber Compound is designed specifically for use in high voltage applications. Suspension and line post insulators and surge arrestors molded from POWERSIL® 310 US possess excellent resistance to arcing and tracking, increasing the reliability and reducing power interruptions.
POWERSIL® 310 US can be processed by compression, transfer or injection molding techniques. If the application requires bonding POWERSIL® 310 US to a substrate, Wacker's Silicone Rubber Primer G 418 is recommended. Storage
The "Best use before end date" of each batch is shown on the Certificate of Analysis. Storage beyond the date specified on the Certificate of Analysis does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
