DEHESIVE® PSA 11 AP is a solvent-free, reactive silane mixture. Applied with addition-crosslinking DEHESIVE® - or DEHESIVE® PSA-systems it increases the adhesion to the substrate. The rub-off resistance of the cured silicone coating is improved significantly.

DEHESIVE® PSA 11 AP significantly improves the anchorage of solvent-free & solvent-based addition-curing silicones on unprimed PET-films and all kinds of textiles.

It mixes perfectly with the DEHESIVE® or DEHESIVE® PSA formulations.

The standard concentration in these systems is 0.5 – 2 wt %.

 

Processing

In mixtures with addition-cross-linking silicones the addition of DEHESIVE® PSA 11 AP might influence the reactivity of the system. The extent of this effect has to be determined individually and depends on the amount of added DEHESIVE® PSA 11 AP.

Furthermore, a viscosity increase can be observed upon the addition of DEHESIVE® PSA 11 AP into DEHESIVE® or DEHESIVE® PSA systems.

Storage

The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label.

Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable.

In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
