ELASTOSIL® AUX CURING AGENT C6 is preferably used for molding applications in combination with ELASTOSIL® R Silicone Rubber .

ELASTOSIL® AUX CURING AGENT C6 allows a vulcanisation of ELASTOSIL® R Silicone Rubber for molded applications.

 

The product is blended into a ELASTOSIL® R Silicone Rubber grade on an open roller mill at ambient temperature.

 

Recommended content of ELASTOSIL® AUX CURING AGENT C6: 1.2 phr

Storage

Min. storage temperature (Ts min): 10 °C

Max. storage temperature (Ts max): 40 °C

 

Organic peroxides are more or less stable compounds that decompose under elevated temperatures.
In order to avoid quality losses during storage, the maximum storage temperature must not be exceeded.
