Silicone Fluid Emulsions BELSIL®

BELSIL® DM 6013 E is an anionic, water-based emulsion containing a high-viscosity dimethiconol fluid. The dimethiconol fluid is formed in-situ within the emulsion system and adjusted to a viscosity of approx. 1.500.000 mPa*s.

Properties

BELSIL® DM 6013 E acts as an effective conditioning agent for hair care products. The emulsion improves dry and wet combability and eases detangling. BELSIL® DM 6013 E contributes to a smooth feel and improved hair manageability in both wet and dry stage.

The main field of application for BELSIL® DM 6013 E  is conditioning shampoos. It is also suitable for use in rinse-off and leave-in conditioner formulations as an effective conditioning agent

 

Processing:

 

  • Recommended use levels of BELSIL® DM 6013 E in shampoo, conditioner and masks are 1.5 % to 4.0 %.

 

 

The emulsion needs to be stirred well before use.
