ELASTOSIL® AUX FORMTRENNMITTEL A is used as an internal additive for solid silcone rubbers to improve the demoulding properties during injection / compression moulding for technical applications.
ELASTOSIL® AUX MOULD RELEASE AGENT A is added on an open roll mill to the compound.
The recommended dosage is 0.3 - 1%.
The applicable amount has to be thoroughly tested prior to use since the addition of ELASTOSIL® AUX MOULD RELEASE AGENT A has an adverse effect on compression set and may also affect other physical properties.

Verpackung / Gebinde
This product is available in 100 ml can and 20 kg cardboard packaging.
Lagerung
The 'Best use before end' date of each batch is shown on the product label. Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.
