Login4More shows excluded materials, while My Account does not. Materials may be excluded for direct orders, for example, if there are quantity limitations. Please reach out to your personal CSR and ask to lift the exclusion of the desired material.

If you cannot see prices, it could be because of one of the following reasons:

  1. You have not selected a shipping address yet
  2. you do not have a purchasing role authorization in My Account,
  3. there is no price maintained in ERP,
  4. or it might take 24 hours to show new materials with prices.

The add-to-cart button may be disabled if you already have one item in your shopping cart. Due to technical reasons, we have limited the order to one sales org. Another possibility is that your address is not set up for the sales org of this material.

If the login page is not working, it could be because you have saved an incorrect bookmark for My Account.

The prices displayed in My Products are base prices. Surcharges and discounts are calculated in the shopping cart, as they depend on factors such as quantity, address, etc.
