Yusuke Suzuki
Having joined WACKER in 2008, Yusuke has worked in technical services and product development of silicone rubber compounds, with a focus on HCR. After acquiring experience in the field of elastomers, in 2016 he started a new function in technical marketing in order to help open up new applications for silicones.

Kenji Igarashi
Kenji has a background in polymer chemistry, and worked in technical services at a paint manufacturer for 10 years. After starting work at WACKER, he spent 8 years in technical services in the field of consumer care. Since 2016, he has led the technical services group for silicone fluids and emulsions for the consumer care, textile, release coating and chemical industries.

Izuru Taketa
Izuru is a specialist in silicone emulsions. He joined WACKER in 1986, and worked for more than 30 years in technical services, developing emulsion products for Japanese customers for textile, release and antifoaming applications. He is well-acquainted with the performance, applications and development history of emulsion products in Japan.

Takuya Tabata
Takuya joined WACKER in 2010, and has worked in technical services for silicone rubbers and silicone emulsions. From 2017, he has been in charge of silicone modified hybrid polymers in sealant and adhesive applications.

Toshikazu Hirasawa
Toshikazu joined WACKER in 2011. He worked in RTV products for 5 years, focussing on mold making material. From 2017, he has been in charge of development of LSRs for air bag applications at the Airbag Center of Excellence Silicones (ACES) in Japan.

Masato Kamiya
Having joined WACKER in 1994, Masato has more than 20 years of experience with silicone elastomers, particularly in product development and technical services for automotive and electronics applications. He leads the technical service group for silicone elastomers.

Noboru Kuroda
Noboru has worked in the construction field since he joined WACKER in 1986. He is in charge of technical services for construction applications, and has 27 years of experience in sales and marketing. He is very familiar with the construction market’s requirements of silicone products.

Akiyoshi Takehira
Akiyoshi joined Wacker in 1991, and has worked in technical services and product development of elastomers for automotive, medical and electronics applications. He is head of Technology Management and Intellectual Property at AWS in Japan.
