Our integrated management system (IMS) covers every management process needed to meet and uniformly integrate the standards set for quality, safety, energy, health and environmental protection at all our sites worldwide. It is how we continuously improve our processes, products and services.
The responsibility we bear for strict ethical and legal requirements in our markets is very important to us. That is why we have our Group management system evaluated objectively by an international certification organization in accordance with ISO 9001 (the quality standard) and ISO 14001 (environmental protection) – and have our German sites additionally certified to ISO 50001 (energy). These certifications ensure that every site applies our corporate standards.
