Seminar objectives
This seminar combines theoretical classroom training with hands-on experience to show the importance of rheology control in many formulated products such as coatings, adhesives and products for personal care. Flow and anti-settling properties, sag resistance and many product attributes defined by rheology control will be discussed.

Dr. Yu-Chin Li
Dr. Yu-Chin (Angel) Li has a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Texas A&M University as well as both a BS in Chemistry and MS in Chemistry from National Taiwan University. After working for 3 years as a Research Associate at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, she worked at Preferred Sand as a Research Scientist and then an R&D Manager. Angel joined WACKER in 2019 and is currently the Technical Manager in the Fumed Silica Business Team responsible for technical support of fumed silica and leading the Applications Laboratory in Charleston, TN.
