WACKER Reaches Strategic Cooperation with Chinese Leading Baby Care Brand Thyseed

According to the agreement, WACKER will provide ELASTOSIL^® tailor-made liquid silicone rubber with customized color and hardness to Shenchuang Century’s baby care products marketed under Thyseed brand. Both parties’ strategic cooperation also includes WACKER’s new ELASTOSIL^® LR 5040 family of liquid silicone rubber which features extremely low levels of VOCs and extractable or migratable substances. These products exhibit very low volatile content and high tear resistance perfectly matching the requirements for silicone articles intended for food contact, baby-care and medical applications even without post-curing.
