One of the world’s biggest and most modern silicone sites
ZJG site is one of WACKER Group’s largest manufacturing facilities worldwide. From this site, we supply the rapidly growing Asian market with a broad range of advanced silicone products, including silicone sealants, silicone rubber, silicone emulsions, silicone polymers, intermediates, and silicone oils. These products are widely used across the industries of construction, automotive, electronics, medical, energy, baby care, personal care, textile, leather, and fiber.
In addition to our own production units, we also jointly operate siloxane andpyrogenic silica plants with our partners at the site. Spanning approximately one square kilometer, the integrated production site offers impressive annual capacity, making it the largest facility of its kind in China and one of the most advanced integrated silicone production sites in the world.
In September 2015, a new logistics center was commissioned at the site. Its core feature — a 4,000-square-meter high-bay warehouse — enables fully electronic tracking of all inbound and outbound goods. This ensures stable, fast, and flexible product supply while delivering exceptional added value to our customers.
