This seminar presents the excellent water-repellent characteristics of WACKER silicone products and their applicability to various building materials. The course focuses primarily on concrete protection and silicone resin emulsion paints.

Many building materials are damaged by moisture, and continuous damage compromises the durability of the product. WACKER's water-repellent products play an important role in improving product durability and quality by preventing product damage caused by moisture. They are also easy to apply.

Kyoungmo Koo
Kyoungmo Koo joined Wacker Chemicals Korea in 2017 as part of the Construction Silicones team. From 2009 to 2017, he worked as a researcher in the Insulation & Fire-Resistance development team. There he took part in the development work of fire-resistance paint and the testing of water-repellents in insulating materials. He has worked as a technical manager for Construction Silicones at Wacker Chemicals Korea since March 2017.
