Our next Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on May 8, 2024, starting at 10 a.m. (CEST)
This year’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting with neither the shareholders nor their authorized representatives being physically present at the site of the meeting.
The entire virtual Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be broadcast live (video and audio) for duly registered and legitimate shareholders and their proxy representatives via the password-protected shareholder portal..
To log in, all you need is the five-digit number printed at the very top of your registration confirmation and the single check digit just to the right of it. Enter these numbers in the corresponding fields and click on [Next]. Then follow the subsequent instructions.

The Annual Shareholders’ Meeting allows shareholders to ask questions and vote. Of course, every shareholder can participate in the meeting virtually or via a proxy.
The preconditions for participation are possession of WACKER shares at the time of the “Record Date” on April 16, 2024 (24:00 hours, CEST), and having registered by May 1, 2024 (24:00 hours, CEST).
- March 21, 2024: Convening of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in the electronic version of the German Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger)
- April 16, 2024: “Record Date” (reference date for proof of shareholder status / authorization for participation in the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting)
- April 17, 2024: Activation of the shareholder portal at www.wacker.com/hauptversammlung
- May 1, 2024: Last day of registration for shareholders
- May 8, 2024: Wacker Chemie AG’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
Admission: Opening: at 9:30 a.m. CEST
Start: 10:00 a.m. CEST
Finish: following determination and announcement of voting results - May 9, 2024: Shares trade ex-dividend
- May 13, 2024: Dividend paid out
Shareholder portal and livestream
Follow Our 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting Live
To use the shareholder portal, shareholders need to log in with their individual access data (participant no. and code) that they received in their registration confirmation.
The livestream of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting via the shareholder portal will begin at 10:00 a.m. (CEST) on May 8, 2024. All registered shareholders can watch the entire Annual Shareholders’ Meeting live there.
You can register to speak from 9:30 a.m. (CEST) on the day of the Annual Shareholders‘ Meeting.
