“My Account” provides a clear, well-structured and full overview for all order-related documents and activities. Check the order history with all your previous and current orders at WACKER including information about order dates, ordered products and amounts. Of course, you can also find out where your order is at all times.

Find your company’s products

Use the product search to find your products. We also provide you with additional information about safety and regulations.

Invoices and reminders

In your account you will find an easy and complete overview of your invoices. The invoice status and payment reminders will kindly inform you and your accounting team about due invoices so you can focus on your core business.

Download documents

Find all relevant documents about products and materials like safety data sheets and technical data sheets for download. With “My Account” you get an organized overview of all your documents easily and at all times.

After the launch in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg starting with fall 2021, we will collect customer feedback and gradually make “My Account” available in many more countries.

To make order management as simple and convenient as possible for you, you can adjust access authorizations to your company's needs. Additionally, the wacker.com website and all traffic is SSL encrypted, and the system has been extensively tested for security.

Your personal CSR is always there for you. “My Account” on wacker.com provides you with 24/7 service wherever you are and on your preferred device. With “My Account” you get timely information about availability of our products, updates about your orders and delivery statuses as well as related documentation. If anything comes up, you will find all the updates in the notification center. Of course, you can also get in touch with your personal CSR with only a few clicks to receive all the information you need.

After the launch in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg in fall 2021, we will make “My Account” available in many more countries. Stay tuned and we will be happy to share more with you about the launch in your country soon.
