BELSIL® elastomer gels
Personal Care
Webinar | Customers & Distributors
Description
Silicone elastomer gels play an important role in the formulation of personal care and cosmetic products by providing distinctive and unique sensory attributes such as a smooth, silky skin feel and a very pleasant texture.
WACKER has developed in recent years a nice portfolio of elastomer gels ranging from standard grades to unique specialties.
Our resin-based elastomer gels such as BELSIL® REG 1102 offer particular advantages in terms of transfer resistance. With the introduction of BELSIL® REG 1103 B, which contains functionalized groups such as sugar units, we can also offer a product with genuine multifunctionality and great formulation flexibility.
In this webinar, we will introduce you to WACKER's European portfolio of silicone elastomer gels. We will present their wide range of applications and the many advantages they offer. In addition, we will show you various formulation examples that have been developed in our application laboratories.
To better illustrate the benefits of elastomer gels, we will also present formulations with and without elastomer gels, allowing you to get a direct impression of the possibilities BELSIL® elastomer gels offer for the formulation of various cosmetic products.
