To get access to My Account, and thus to a 24/7 service, you have to sign up for a WACKER Account. To do that, simply fill out the registration or contact your CSR (Customer Service Representative). Note that only customers from Europe will have access to My Account for the moment.

Your personal CSR (Customer Service Representative) is always there for you. My Account on wacker.com provides you with 24/7 service wherever you are and on your preferred device. With My Account you get timely information about product availability, updates about your orders and delivery status, plus related documentation. If anything comes up, you will find all the updates in the notification center. Of course, you can also contact your personal CSR (Customer Service Representative) with only a few clicks to receive all the information you need.

To make order management as simple and convenient as possible for you, you can adjust access authorizations to your company's needs. Additionally, the wacker.com website and all traffic is SSL encrypted, and the system has been extensively tested for security.

My Account is already available for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg since fall 2021. Since June 2022, My Account is available in Europe. The system will be rolled out to more countries and regions soon.
