Expansion of the Technical Center in Dubai sets new standards for safety and sustainability.
With an exclusive laboratory area of 1,050 m², WACKER Middle East & Africa strengthens its capacities for testing, training, and application-oriented development.
We continue to invest in regional expertise and customer support by expanding our Technical Center in Dubai by 300 m², increasing the total laboratory space from 750 m² to 1,050 m². The new building was completed in December 2025, including interior work and technical equipment.
The extension also serves as a showcase for WACKER’s full portfolio of products and applications for construction and coating solutions.
Greater safety and higher efficiency
A key advantage of the expansion is the significant improvement in safety conditions: All laboratory areas are relocated from the existing office building, which optimizes both work processes and employee protection. At the same time, the capacity for testing and application technologies is increased significantly.
