Adrian hosts the North American headquarters of the following business divisions: WACKER SILICONES, WACKER BIOSOLUTIONS and WACKER POLYSILICON and PLANAR SOLUTIONS, LLC. Together, they constitute the Wacker Chemical Corporation.

The Adrian site is registered as a foreign trade zone "FTC", close to Detroit. It is also home to sales and administrative offices, technical center, logistics, distribution, and production facilities.

The Adrian site is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QS-9000 registered and observes global chemical industry Responsible Care^® guidelines. The plant’s comprehensive commitment to the environment has been acknowledged with an EPA Achievement Award.
