IMS supports cooperation among all business divisions and their units. It is a fundamental constituent of the company’s organization and facilitates economically, ecologically and socially responsible decisions, as well as their implementation and success monitoring.

Each WACKER area shares this management culture. IMS officers coordinate relevant issues at regular Group committee meetings, uniformly communicate the content of these issues internally and externally, and implement them as agreed throughout the Group.
